4.1 The "myAir™ by Resmed" app is a game-changer for anyone using CPAP therapy. It offers a suite of features designed to enhance the user experience and improve therapy adherence. Here are some of the standout features that I found particularly beneficial:
As someone who has been using CPAP therapy for a while, I often find myself reaching for the "myAir™ by Resmed" app in various scenarios. For instance, every morning, I check the app to review my sleep data from the night before. This routine has become a part of my morning ritual, much like brewing my coffee. Additionally, during my lunch breaks, I sometimes browse the educational resources available in the app to learn more about sleep apnea management. On weekends, I often engage with the community feature, sharing my experiences and learning from others, which adds a social aspect to my therapy journey.
The user interface of the "myAir™ by Resmed" app is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a clean dashboard that displays my therapy data at a glance. Navigating through the app is a breeze; I can easily access my daily feedback, educational resources, and community features with just a few taps. The performance is smooth, with quick loading times and no glitches, which is crucial when I’m eager to check my progress. Overall, using the app feels rewarding; it not only tracks my therapy but also empowers me with knowledge and support, making my CPAP journey less daunting.
The "myAir™ by Resmed" app is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for users like me who are already investing in CPAP therapy. There are no hidden fees or premium features that require payment, making it accessible for everyone. This transparency in pricing is refreshing and allows users to focus on their therapy without worrying about additional costs.
Resmed is proactive in providing updates for the "myAir™" app, ensuring that users have access to the latest features and improvements. I’ve noticed regular updates that enhance functionality and user experience. Additionally, the support team is responsive and helpful; I reached out once with a question about syncing my device, and they replied promptly with clear instructions. This level of support gives me confidence in using the app long-term.
As an American user, I take security and privacy seriously, especially when it comes to health-related apps. The "myAir™ by Resmed" app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, including my name and email address, but I appreciated that the app clearly outlined how my data would be used and protected.
Importantly, the app does not display ads, which is a relief. I dislike intrusive advertisements, especially in health apps where focus and clarity are essential. Furthermore, I have not noticed any aggressive tracking behavior; the app seems to prioritize user privacy while still providing valuable insights. Overall, I feel secure using "myAir™ by Resmed," knowing that my data is handled responsibly.

Mostly very useful. It doesn't always line up with my sleep quality. Nights with lots of insomnia can still get scores in the high 90s. The inability to screenshot in the app is frustrating. Sometimes I want to share my score, or trend, with my wife and the app doesn't allow it for some inexplicable reason(s). Regardless of the explanation, it lessens the sense of "ownership" of the app and data. Fix those things and we're in the 4 star range.

It was working fine until the last update. This is the second time that it does not show where I used my machine. I am always 100% compliant, but it didn't register last night's data. I tried clearing cache, uninstalled and re-installed, unplugged and plugged back up. Are the servers down? 3/13/25 3/14/25 - I am still missing a whole day of data. (3/13/25)

The feature this app needs is a tracker and reminder for changing filters, masks and hoses. I never remember when I changed mine last. Other than that, the app tracks the sleep stats from your CPAP with nice insights and graphs and almost game-like points to keep you using your CPAP. I see notification settings for cleaning reminders, but they seem to be random, (no "last cleaned" tracker). Also, I wouldn't be upset if it had a dark mode. In fact, I'd be thrilled if there were a dark mode!

Edit - Once again the developers release an update that doesn't work. The data is not pulling in at all now. The latest update to the app and to the airsense 11 software is terrible. The machine no longer shows the night's data. It only shows the 30 day summary. The machine says the seal was great but the app says it was a 0 out of 20. Untested software upgrades make for a terrible user experience.

App worked fine until.the update on 6/25/2026. I restarted, deleted then uploaded the app again, and rescanned. In order for me to view last night's information, I need to have my Samsung S 24 on Bluetooth and my "Location" on. That wasn't required prior to the update on 6/25. Not sure what changed with the recent update but I'm not a fan of having to enable my location on my phone and Bluetooth to access information that wasn't required before. Thankfully, I can view info on the machine.
