4.7 The ASOS app is a treasure trove for fashion enthusiasts, offering a seamless shopping experience that caters to a diverse audience. Here are some of its standout features:
As someone who loves fashion but often finds it challenging to shop in-store due to a busy schedule, the ASOS app has become my go-to solution. I typically use it during my lunch breaks or while lounging at home in the evenings. For instance, just last week, I was invited to a last-minute brunch with friends. I quickly opened the app, browsed through the new arrivals, and found a chic top that was perfect for the occasion. I placed my order in under five minutes, and it arrived just in time!
The user interface of the ASOS app is sleek and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. The homepage is well-organized, showcasing trending items, new arrivals, and personalized recommendations. I particularly appreciate the filtering options, which allow me to narrow down my search by size, color, and price range. The app's performance is impressive; it loads quickly, and I’ve never experienced any crashes or lag. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, as the app feels user-friendly and responsive, making online shopping enjoyable rather than a chore.
ASOS offers a wide range of products at various price points, catering to different budgets. From affordable fast fashion to higher-end pieces, there’s something for everyone. I often find myself taking advantage of sales and discounts, which makes shopping on ASOS even more appealing. The app also provides a clear breakdown of prices, including shipping costs, so there are no surprises at checkout.
The ASOS app is regularly updated, ensuring that users have access to the latest features and improvements. I’ve noticed enhancements in the search functionality and the addition of new payment options, which have made my shopping experience even smoother. Customer support is readily available through the app, with a dedicated help section that addresses common queries. I once had a question about my order status, and the support team responded promptly, which left me feeling valued as a customer.
When it comes to security and privacy, the ASOS app takes significant measures to protect its users. Available on both the App Store and Google Play, the app is regularly updated to address any vulnerabilities. During registration, users are required to provide basic personal information, such as name, email, and shipping address, which is standard for e-commerce platforms. I appreciate that ASOS has a clear privacy policy outlining how they handle personal data.
In terms of ads and tracking behavior, the app does utilize cookies to enhance user experience and provide personalized recommendations. However, I have not felt overwhelmed by ads, and the tracking seems to be focused on improving my shopping experience rather than bombarding me with irrelevant promotions. Overall, I feel secure using the ASOS app, knowing that my personal information is handled with care.

Shopping experience is great. Extremely annoying that the shopping cart only stays for an hour and the saved list that last longer only holds the most recent items put in the cart. I would have spent a lot more money if I didn't have to shop for everything again, so I guess you could look at it as a good thing for me...

The app is OK.. But their customer service is lackluster. I got into a back and forth online dispute with an item that was lost in shipment. They just keep blowing me off, telling me to wait. 3 weeks after the shipping arriving date, they were telling me the same thing and would not refund me. I just contacted PayPal and got my money back within 30 mins. Not a fan of online customer service.. I prefer to call a number. Never again.

I love how easy the app is to use. Two things I really appreciate, as someone who shops online a lot, especially because I find more tall options online than in physical stores, is that ASOS has videos of the models, which show the clothes in motion, and the heights of the models and the size they are wearing. It gives an idea of how the item might fit you, depending on your height and size. It may not be accurate, but like I said, it gives some kind of idea. I find it very useful.

Love the store; hate the app. Items only stay in your cart for a few minutes, so I was always re-adding things over and over again. (I was trying to shop for 3 people.) It's tricky to find certain sizes because sections are divided oddly (good luck finding things quickly if you're shopping for average sizes and plus sizes in the same session), and 8/10 times the app crashes right at checkout. Long story short : I switched to Express, Torrid, & ON/Gap.

I love ASOS! App is very easy to navigate. It's smooth, and I haven't had a glitch yet! If there is an issue, customer service reps are amazing. One policy I dislike: if they send you the wrong item, they won't send you the right one until they receive the wrong item. By then, the item you need is usually out of stock. They should immediately replace your item, and change you if you don't return. That's my only gripe. Otherwise, this is a place where you can find ANYTHING in ALL COLORS of the🌈.
