4.4 The "easyJet: Travel App" is a powerful tool for travelers, offering a range of features designed to simplify the flying experience. Here are some of the core highlights that make this app stand out:
As someone who travels frequently for both work and leisure, the "easyJet: Travel App" has become an essential part of my travel routine. I often use the app to book flights for business trips, and it has saved me countless hours. For example, during a recent work conference in London, I used the app to book my flight on the go while waiting for a meeting to start. The ability to quickly compare prices and flight times made my decision-making process much easier.
Additionally, I use the app to keep track of my travel plans. When I’m planning a family vacation, I can easily check flight availability and prices while discussing options with my family. The app’s user-friendly interface allows me to share flight details with my family members, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
The user interface of the "easyJet: Travel App" is clean and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Upon opening the app, I am greeted with a straightforward layout that allows me to access all features quickly. The booking process is particularly smooth; I can filter flights by time, price, and duration, which helps me find the best options for my needs.
Performance-wise, the app is responsive and rarely crashes, which is a significant plus when I’m in a hurry. I appreciate the seamless integration of features, such as checking in and managing bookings, all within a few taps. Overall, my experience with the app has been overwhelmingly positive, and I feel confident using it for all my travel needs.
The "easyJet: Travel App" is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage for budget-conscious travelers. While the app itself is free, users should be aware that additional fees may apply for extras like checked baggage or seat selection. However, the app often features exclusive deals and discounts, making it a cost-effective choice for booking flights.
easyJet regularly updates the app to enhance user experience and introduce new features. I’ve noticed improvements in the booking process and the addition of new functionalities over time. Customer support is also readily available through the app, with options for live chat and FAQs. I had a minor issue with my booking once, and the support team was quick to respond and resolve my concern, which left me feeling valued as a customer.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using travel apps like "easyJet: Travel App." The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, such as my name and email address, which is standard for travel apps.
Importantly, the app does not bombard users with excessive ads, which can often be a concern with free applications. Instead, it focuses on providing a streamlined experience. I also appreciate that the app has clear privacy policies regarding data usage and tracking behavior, ensuring that my personal information is handled responsibly. Overall, I feel secure using the "easyJet: Travel App" for my travel needs, knowing that my data is protected.

I've been using the easyJet app and it was great until the last upgrade. My main usage was to navigate back and forth between the boarding pass and the flight tracker about 1 tap away. But now the boarding pass does not appear anymore, it's stored in another app (Wallet)... WHY? This is a stupid move in terms of user experience, please bring the boarding pass back into the easyJet app.

The app is really confusing when first used because of the way it does (or actually doesn't) store boarding passes. If you check-in several days before your flight, download boarding passes and then logout of the app the boarding passes are lost. So when you login again you have to press CHECK-IN again to download boarding passes. Also it doesn't appear that you can share boarding passes with other people in your party. So they all need a smartphone and access to your Easyjet account. Very poor.

As opposed to some other airlines' apps, easyJet's does not store previous bookings. It is impossible to retrieve old boarding passes if needed for proof of travel. Many institutions, especially in France where I live and work and where easyJet has a significant presence, require not just the booking confirmation with the receipt but also copies of the boarding passes in order to reimburse travel expenses. People who rely upon this app will find themselves unable to be reimbursed in such circumstances.

flight cancelled. nice info email but none of the links to change flight, access help, etc. are functional. Edit: I appreciate the response and also CS was responsive post-event. However the app was supposed to be my resource to review and choose substitute flights. * It would not move past the cancelled flight in that functionality.* I had to use it instead (with success) to purchase an entirely new later flight without any way to ID it as my chosen substitute. Improvement possible. Tx

You have to click 500 times on "show flights" to get the app to show you available flights. On top of that, the platform has rejected Revolut and Payoneer payments, which has never ever happened to me before anywhere. To make the matter worse, every attempt to book through the website or app resulted in the message "please use an approved channel to make your booking". So I followed the advice and booked through Ryanair instead. 🙄
