I love shopping at Macy's. It is easy to order and if the purchase doesn't work, they take it back at the store. I do miss having a Macy's store close by. I love going and trying on closes. The sales associate mostly work the registers. I do miss people working the floor and helping you when you try things on. Young people may like that too if they ever got that experience. I use to be a hat it was an experience to go to Macy's I wish you would bring me hat back.

Not bad. Considering how massive Macy's inventory is, this app is pretty impressive. So far, my main gripe is that every time I add or remove an item from the cart, any discount code I applied disappears and I have to enter it again. This could make it easy to forget to reenter it, because I shop online by adding lots of stuff to the cart, deleting, adding, on and on, sometimes for days before I actually place any orders. Otherwise, it's an impressive app. The search function seems to work well.

App has improved a lot over the past year. Much easier to sign in and order. Ordering doesn't appear to take as many clicks and once I put an item in the bag, it let's me "continue shopping" and takes me back to where I left off shopping, which I like--some items leave you at the bag and the you have "go back" to continue shopping which can sometimes take items out of the bag..

Love Macy's, love their app. So easy to navigate and find what I want. Check out is a breeze, as it remembers my card number, and all my coupons. My only negative comment about the app is in the product description. if you have your text set somewhat larger than tiny (for old eyes), you can't always see the full description, making me go to the web version to see fabric content and care. Bummer.

No option for zero stars. It is fustrating to use it. It has the credit card info but never able to actually see the summary, transactions, payments. Every single month I have to keep trying to make a payment and cannot see any previous payments or transactions. When using the Search options to look for products, the results are not quite accurate. I do a lot of online shopping and this is not the most friendly app.
