4.5 "MyQuest for Patients" is a powerful app designed to enhance the patient experience by providing a range of features that streamline communication and health management. Here are some of the core features that stand out:
As someone who values health management, I found myself using "MyQuest for Patients" in various scenarios. For example, during a recent visit to my doctor, I was able to pull up my health records directly from the app. This not only saved time but also ensured that my doctor had the most accurate and up-to-date information. Additionally, I often use the medication reminder feature when I travel. It’s reassuring to know that I’ll receive notifications to take my medications, regardless of where I am.
The user interface of "MyQuest for Patients" is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that made navigation a breeze. The workflow for scheduling appointments and accessing health records is straightforward, which is a significant plus for someone who may not be tech-savvy. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any noticeable lag, even when I’m accessing multiple features at once. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive; I feel empowered to take charge of my health with this app at my fingertips.
"MyQuest for Patients" is free to download and use, which is a fantastic benefit for anyone looking to manage their health without incurring additional costs. While there may be optional premium features in the future, the core functionalities provided in the free version are more than sufficient for most users.
The app receives regular updates, which is crucial for maintaining security and adding new features. I’ve noticed improvements in the messaging system and the addition of new health insights over time. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a question about syncing my records, and the response was prompt and helpful, making me feel valued as a user.
When it comes to security and privacy, "MyQuest for Patients" takes significant measures to protect user data. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring that it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During registration, I was required to provide personal information, including my name, email, and health details, which is standard for health management apps. However, I appreciate that the app emphasizes data encryption and secure access to my health records.
Importantly, I did not encounter any intrusive ads or tracking behavior while using the app, which is a relief in today’s digital landscape. The focus remains on providing a secure environment for managing my health, allowing me to use the app with confidence. Overall, "MyQuest for Patients" prioritizes user privacy, making it a trustworthy choice for anyone looking to manage their health effectively.

Three stars for the information being there. Minus 3 stars (let's just say I rounded) for an absolutely broken user experience when trying to pay a bill. Even after logging in, the app couldn't show me a bill without a 15? Digit bill number. So I chose the option that I didn't have it. Then it required my birthdate, zip code, and either (an email address or phone number - either of which had to be on file with them) - so that they could send a verification code, which was never sent to either.

I entered my Medicare number exactly as it appears on my card...with hyphens to separate the 3 groups formating. The app did not like the hyphens, so I had to edit the input to delete the hyphens. No big deal, but I was not recognized at first, even though app instructions say to input member number "exactly" as shown on my card. The app should be revised to instruct inputting the 11 numbers and letters "without hyphens". Thank you for your attention to this matter. Paul Koepper Indianapolis

The Touch ID hasn't worked in months, and every time I have to sign into the app, it's like navigating a maze. It doesn't save my username or password (all my other apps work), it tells me my name and/or password are incorrect, it will tell me to sign in even after I've signed in, then after a few clicks, it turns out I'm logged in anyway. It's wonderful to have a preview to my test results before my corresponding doctor appointment, but GETTING to results is really irritating.

Glitching! If I could, I'd give it a minus 5-stars. I have not been able to use this app since I had installed it some time ago. After signing in, the screen constantly "blinks"; like it's trying to refresh 100x. I can't make it stop or even sign out. I just close the whole app. Every time, I just end up going through the website to book appointments.

first problem it keeps saying I declined notifications and needed to change it on my phone settings yet when I go to manage in the play store, notifications are turned on. second, I made an appointment in march for mid June through the app and had received an email confirmation but when I got to the collection location the system said I didn't have an appointment.
