4.4 Using the Omada app has become a part of my daily routine. Every morning, I start my day by logging my breakfast and reviewing my goals for the day. I often find myself in situations where I need to make quick decisions about food, like when I’m out with friends or at work. The app’s food database is incredibly helpful; I can quickly search for healthier options or log what I eat on the go. Additionally, during my weekly grocery shopping, I refer back to the meal plans suggested by Omada, which makes it easier to stick to my dietary goals.
The user interface of Omada is clean and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. I appreciate how the app is organized into sections, allowing me to easily access my progress, coaching messages, and educational content. The feature workflow is seamless; for example, logging my meals takes just a few taps, and I can quickly switch to my activity tracker to log a workout. Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any lag, which is crucial when I’m in a hurry. Overall, my experience with Omada has been overwhelmingly positive. It feels like I have a personal health assistant in my pocket, guiding me every step of the way.
Omada offers a subscription-based model, which I found to be quite reasonable considering the value it provides. There are different pricing tiers depending on the level of support you choose, but I opted for the standard plan, which includes personalized coaching and access to all features. The investment has been worth it for me, as I’ve seen significant improvements in my health and well-being since I started using the app.
The support team at Omada has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. They frequently update the app with new features and improvements, which keeps the experience fresh and engaging. I’ve noticed enhancements in the tracking tools and additional educational resources that have been rolled out over time. It’s reassuring to know that the developers are committed to improving the app based on user feedback.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using health-related apps like Omada. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide some personal data, including my name, email, and health-related information. However, I appreciated that Omada clearly outlines how this data will be used and stored securely.
Importantly, I have not encountered any intrusive ads or tracking behavior while using the app. Omada focuses on providing a user-friendly experience without bombarding users with advertisements, which is a significant plus for me. Overall, I feel confident that my personal information is handled with care, allowing me to focus on my health journey without unnecessary concerns.

The app is helpful. But thw food tracking sucks. it shows you can take a picture of your food or scan the barcode so you know the calories and the nutrition you're getting. however those two things do not work. so I add them but I have no idea what the calories are cuz it's not helping me with that. so I have to use a different app to keep up with my calories

I was excited about the app and felt it was helping. Now after using it a while, I'm noticing I'm having to re-approve weigh-ins everyday from multiple days. Then, it keeps demanding to use Ai to assume my food nutrients. It has and Edit button, but it never saves. With the foods being tracked are way off from what I'm having, it makes me not want to use it at all. which is unfortunate because it was part of this whole journey and has now created more of a frustration.

The app worked well before recent updates. Nothing seems to work right now, I've stopped using it to track meals because I can't enter the information. Omada's engineering group has been working on it and there's been several changes and update, but it didn't made a difference.

I have been using this for a couple of months now. I wanted to love this app. It had goals set in it & you have access to coaches who can help you. I loved this idea along with the idea that it tracked your food. The food tracker isn't great. I have used easier ones through My Fitness Pal, Fitbit, & LoseIt. Taking a picture of your food is a great feature, & like all photos not 100% accurate, but close. Today I got a notification on my phone Omada keeps crashing & has a bug & had a bug.

I like the promise of this app but the experience so far has been underwhelming. None of the stat syncs are working, the scale they sent me, which is allegedly pre-programmed to send my weight to my account, fails to connect to the cell towers and hasn't sent data to them once. And now I discover that I can't send messages within the app because it won't pop up the keyboard when I click on the area where im supposed to draft my message. Would love the developer to reach out!
