4.5 As someone who loves shopping but often finds it overwhelming to navigate multiple websites, "Shop: All your favorite brands" has become my go-to app. I typically use it during my lunch breaks at work when I have a few minutes to spare. Just last week, I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend. Instead of spending hours browsing different sites, I opened the app, searched for "gifts for her," and was presented with a curated list of options from various brands. It saved me time and made the process enjoyable.
Another scenario where the app shines is during seasonal sales. I often find myself wanting to refresh my wardrobe for the upcoming season. The app not only alerts me to sales but also allows me to create a wishlist of items I want to keep an eye on. This feature came in handy when I was preparing for a summer trip; I was able to snag a few stylish outfits at discounted prices without the stress of missing out.
The user interface of "Shop: All your favorite brands" is sleek and intuitive. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. The search function is robust, allowing me to filter results by brand, price, and even customer ratings. I appreciate how quickly the app loads, and I’ve never experienced any lag while browsing or checking out.
One of my favorite features is the personalized dashboard that showcases my recent purchases and recommended items. It feels like the app knows my style, which enhances my shopping experience. The checkout process is straightforward, with multiple payment options available, including credit cards and digital wallets. Overall, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I find myself returning to the app frequently.
The app itself is free to download and use, which is a significant advantage. While some brands may have their own pricing structures, the app does not charge any additional fees for using its services. This means I can shop without worrying about hidden costs, making it a budget-friendly option for anyone looking to explore various brands.
Regular updates keep the app running smoothly and introduce new features that enhance usability. I’ve noticed improvements in the order tracking system and the addition of new brands over time. Customer support is also commendable; I had a question about a return, and the support team responded promptly via the in-app chat feature. This level of service gives me confidence in using the app for my shopping needs.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using shopping apps. "Shop: All your favorite brands" is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. The app requires basic registration, including an email address and password, but it does not ask for excessive personal information, which I appreciate.
Regarding ads and tracking behavior, the app does utilize some tracking to provide personalized recommendations, but it is transparent about this in its privacy policy. I have not encountered intrusive ads, which is a relief, as many apps bombard users with unwanted promotions. Overall, I feel secure using this app, knowing that my data is handled responsibly.

The UI update sucks. There's no dark mode anymore and all the menu options (home, search, orders) are condensed to a small tray at the bottom. To see setting you have to go back to the home page and then scroll down because it's all the way at the bottom. I'm really tired of companies ruining a good thing for something sub par. I genuinely don't like using the app anymore. It feels so restrictive.

Getting worse. I think the overall experience is getting worse in regards to identifying and tracking orders. Biggest complaint would be that even though your Amazon account is linked, you can't track it via the app. It only links you to the order, and not the tracking itself. Once it's delivered, you then have to go archive the order. edit 6/9/25: no, that's completely incorrect. There's a disconnect. It's a pointless feature to link to Amazon if it doesn't pull the tracking.

They removed dark mode instead of figuring out how to toggle it off, citing lack of interest.🤨 There's no indication of whether an item is a pre-order that won't ship for months, leaving me scrambling for a last minute gift after discovering what I just bought won't ship for another 3 months. This used to be a decent tool for interacting with Shopify-powered businesses, but I'm starting to think that other platforms might make for a better storefront.

Please bring back dark theme. With every new app update the order tracking feature gets worse and worse. It no longer updates with my Amazon orders even when connected and for the past two weeks it disconnects my Amazon account every time I exit the app. Amazon orders will say "waiting for details" for days or longer without updating, even after it's been delivered. Used to be a great app.

Love it for tracking packages, its nice having them all in one place. However, I wish you'd bring dark mode back and the ability to do swipe to archive orders that have been delivered. I hate having to go into each order and archive them, then go back to do another. Removing those two features feels like a huge step backward. I also don't understand why Amazon won't stay connected, I don't even see the point of connecting it will log you out before the item even arrives to you.
