4.0 As someone who travels frequently for both work and leisure, I found VeriFLY to be an invaluable tool. On a recent business trip to Europe, I used the app to streamline my check-in process. Before heading to the airport, I uploaded my vaccination card and passport details. This not only saved me time at the check-in counter but also allowed me to bypass long lines at security, as my identity was already verified. Additionally, I used the app to stay updated on any last-minute changes to travel restrictions, which is crucial in today’s ever-evolving travel landscape.
The user interface of VeriFLY is one of its standout features. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean and organized layout that made it easy to navigate. The onboarding process was straightforward; I simply followed the prompts to create my account and upload my documents. The workflow for verifying my identity was seamless, and I appreciated the clear instructions provided at each step. Performance-wise, the app was responsive, and I never experienced any lag or crashes, which is a significant plus when you’re in a hurry. Overall, my experience with VeriFLY was positive, and I felt confident using it for my travel needs.
VeriFLY offers a free version that allows users to access basic features, but for those who want enhanced capabilities, there is a premium subscription available. The pricing is competitive, especially considering the time and stress it saves during travel. I opted for the premium version, which provided me with additional features like priority support and more extensive document storage, making it worth the investment.
The app is regularly updated to ensure it meets the latest security standards and user needs. I’ve noticed improvements in functionality and new features being added over time, which shows that the developers are committed to enhancing the user experience. Customer support is also commendable; I reached out with a query regarding document uploads, and I received a prompt and helpful response, which reassured me that assistance is readily available when needed.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to apps that handle personal information. VeriFLY is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide basic personal information, including my name, email address, and phone number, along with the documents needed for identity verification. I appreciated that the app clearly outlined its privacy policy, detailing how my data would be used and protected.
Importantly, VeriFLY does not engage in intrusive ads or excessive tracking behavior, which is a significant concern for many users today. The app focuses on providing a secure environment for identity verification without compromising user privacy. The use of advanced encryption methods ensures that my data remains confidential, giving me peace of mind as I navigate my travel plans.

A group of us wasted hours the night before our flight trying to upload documents. The app (on multiple phones) kept crashing. But the bigger problem was that we had all taken rapid covid tests, and when we uploaded those test results, there was no option in the drop down menu to choose a rapid test. We kept uploading over and over because some would get approved with the incorrect test selected, but most would get denied. We eventually got 10 people through, but it took over 4 hours.

Shoddy product. Save yourself time and just get the printouts of the certificates you need. Spent over an hour getting all the documents together and getting the kids together to take photos etc. The app accepted everything, and I was thinking.. what a great product. A day later, the app refused to recognize the certificates for 2 passengers. No option to re-upload those certificates. The response from the support team was 'we recommend you start all over again'. Glad I took printouts!

Useless. Doesn't work. Downloaded, created account, only to find that I couldn't add my trip information due to an error because I'm in a different time zone to - somewhere. It just froze and wouldn't let me advance any further. Also, I'm flying Aer Lingus to the UK via Dublin, but it will only take the US to Dublin leg, so it wouldn't have been any help at all when landing in the UK. I deleted my account and the app.

My status kept showing up as completed on the app but was showing as pending on American Airlines. There is no way to contact them but by sending an email. I couldn't check in my flight online because I was waiting on my results to show complete. I called AA and they kept telling me they couldn't do anything until verifly updated or until I got to the airport to check in. Just super annoying because I did everything I was supposed to do and had issues.

Won't issue boarding passes even with everything in check. Causes more delays. Nothing is immediate. Causes problems when we're trying to get through customs 4 hours earlier in order to deal with renewing work visas, etc. Waiting around for the agents to get to the check-in counters is absurd just to get things verified manually. This has happened twice now.
