/ Admiral Insurance stands out in the crowded insurance market with its user-friendly app that offers a range of features designed to simplify the insurance experience. Here are some of the core highlights that make Admiral Insurance a compelling choice for users:
Using the Admiral Insurance app has become a part of my daily routine, especially when it comes to managing my car insurance. One of the most significant scenarios was when I purchased a new vehicle. I was able to quickly get a quote and secure coverage before even driving it off the lot. Additionally, during a recent road trip, I felt reassured knowing I could access my policy details and emergency contacts right from my phone. The app also came in handy when I had to file a claim after a minor fender bender; I was able to document the incident and submit my claim on the spot, which made the entire process much less daunting.
The user interface of the Admiral Insurance app is intuitive and visually appealing. Navigating through the app feels seamless, with clearly labeled sections for quotes, policy management, and claims. I particularly appreciate the dashboard that provides a quick overview of my policy status and upcoming payments. The performance is impressive; the app loads quickly, and I have not experienced any crashes or lagging. Overall, my feelings after using the app are overwhelmingly positive. It feels like Admiral Insurance has genuinely prioritized user experience, making it easy for anyone, regardless of tech-savviness, to manage their insurance needs effectively.
Admiral Insurance offers competitive pricing that varies based on individual circumstances, such as driving history and the type of coverage selected. I found their quotes to be quite reasonable compared to other providers, especially considering the discounts available for safe driving and multi-car policies. The app also allows you to adjust your coverage levels to see how it affects your premium, which is a fantastic feature for budget-conscious users.
Admiral Insurance frequently updates its app to enhance functionality and user experience. I’ve noticed improvements in the claims submission process and the addition of new features like live chat support. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, which is crucial when dealing with insurance matters. I had a minor issue with my policy details, and their support team resolved it quickly through the app’s messaging feature, which I found very convenient.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when using any app, especially one that deals with sensitive information like insurance. Admiral Insurance takes these concerns seriously. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, ensuring it meets the necessary security standards for mobile applications. During registration, I was required to provide personal information, including my driver's license number and address, which is standard for insurance apps. However, I appreciated that the app clearly outlines how my data will be used and stored.
Moreover, I did not encounter any intrusive ads or excessive tracking behavior while using the app. Admiral Insurance appears to prioritize user privacy, as I did not receive unsolicited marketing messages or see ads unrelated to my insurance needs. Overall, I feel secure using the Admiral Insurance app, knowing that my personal information is protected and that I have control over my data.

Little box app never once. Always says no internet connection, which is a joke considering my Internet speed is 73mbps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app several times, same issue persists. They then keep sending you letters saying the app hasn’t recorded any journeys in x number of days. Of course it hasn’t, because it doesn’t work. I have had to phone customer service several times. Can't be expected to do this every 3 weeks? What is the point of selling people a defective product?

While the features were helpful like checking documents and seeing your drive score, the app has now become unusable. When trying to login it will now close itself every time and will also do so after a clean reinstall too. All the usual tricks don't seem to allow it to be used on my pixel phone. Even so having all your documents for car and home insurance in an easy to use app was very convenient and help if needed for any reason.

This app has been using too much battery for ages: 20%! I tried clearing the cache. No better. Following suggestion I deleted the app and re-installed it. Now I can't login. I press the login button and it says "Error Occurred. Try again". I am tired to trying again. Clearing cache and data doesn't help. Now it isn't doing anything, it uses <1% of battery, but it isn't doing anything, so I may as well uninstall it

05/05:just received update.now on clicking 'login', I get to see 'cookies' page. but no matter what option I pick, app crashes. Does not work at all I am just able to accept the T&Cs and after that I see an error. uninstalled and installed multiple times. reported error to online agent and he was creating a case for me but during that the chat was closed and I can't access/open the chat anymore. I was asked to activate the device in 2 weeks but how can I do this now??? need urgent response
