4.1 "Fill and Sign Docs: Signeasy" is a powerful tool that simplifies the process of signing documents electronically. Here are some of its standout features:
As a freelance graphic designer, I often find myself juggling multiple projects and clients. One of the most common scenarios where I use Signeasy is when I need to sign contracts or agreements. Instead of printing, signing, and scanning documents, I can simply open the app, sign the contract directly on my phone, and email it back to my client. This not only saves time but also reduces paper waste, which is something I’m passionate about. Additionally, I frequently collaborate with clients who require quick approvals on design drafts. With Signeasy, I can send them a document for their signature, and they can sign it right from their mobile devices, streamlining our communication and project timelines.
The user interface of Signeasy is incredibly intuitive. Upon opening the app, I’m greeted with a clean layout that makes navigation a breeze. Uploading documents is straightforward; I can either import them from my device or directly from cloud storage. The signing process is smooth, with options to draw my signature or use a pre-saved one. I appreciate the ability to add text fields, dates, and checkboxes, which makes it easy to fill out forms completely. Performance-wise, the app is responsive, and I’ve never experienced any lag, even when handling larger files. Overall, my experience with Signeasy has been overwhelmingly positive; it has truly transformed how I manage my paperwork.
Signeasy offers a free trial, which is a great way to test out its features before committing. After the trial, the pricing plans are quite reasonable, with options for monthly or annual subscriptions. The value you get for the price is impressive, especially considering the time and effort saved in document management. For freelancers and small businesses, the investment is well worth it.
The developers of Signeasy are proactive in providing updates, which often include new features and improvements based on user feedback. I’ve noticed enhancements in the app’s performance and additional functionalities that make my experience even better. Customer support is also commendable; I had a minor issue once, and their response was prompt and helpful. They offer support through email and a comprehensive FAQ section on their website, making it easy to find solutions to common problems.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when it comes to handling sensitive documents. Signeasy is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. The app requires minimal personal data for registration, which I appreciate; I only needed to provide my email address. There are no intrusive ads or tracking behaviors that compromise my privacy, allowing me to use the app without concerns about my data being sold or misused. Signeasy employs encryption to protect documents, ensuring that my signed contracts and agreements remain confidential. Overall, I feel secure using Signeasy for all my document signing needs, knowing that my information is protected.

I spent an hour-and-a-half filling out a form with my "free trial," only to find I had to give it a credit card before I could print or even save it. Total loss time, total bait and switch advertising. It's not free if you have to give a credit card even if they don't charge it. Information is money. If they create choir a credit card before use, they should require it before ANY use, not before you try to save or print it.

Just absolutely love how the app decides to stop working in the middle of trying to get a work order signed.. ridiculous. Hasn't opened or worked in days.. but, please take my money again when the subscription runs out. 7/7/2021... and the saga continues.. currently not using the app at this very moment, however it's still draft syncing a work sheet from last week. I now have 171 copies of that work sheet, that refuses to stop syncing..

A very helpful feature would be if all documents automatically saved as drafts periodically, and upon closing the app. It would save a lot of heartache from lost signatures and information. If I close out of the app to open a different one, or if I lock my phone, my info stays, but if I unwittingly open another pdf in my phone, all the previous info is wiped when the new pdf opens, unless I saved it first. In a fast-paced industry where I have to multitask, this is very, very frustrating.

UPDATE: NO NEW USEFUL FEATURES, SAME PROBLEMS. NOT A GOOD APP. That was disappointing, I'm paying for it it's very difficult to quickly get the finished product off to my clients, I end up searching for the signed document and getting to the point where I just give up and come back later only to find that it just took forever to appear in its Google Drive backup folder. The whole idea of a mobile app is to allow you to do something quickly from your phone and this seems to make things harder

I've been using this app for years with minimal issues. Every year I renew. This year it was $99 to renew but now I'm not able to get a signature from my customers in person. They want additional $179 a year. Customer support's been horrible takes days for them to respond I'm like 3 weeks in still trying to get an answer on if it's going to cost me $278 a year or if it's $179. I tried to get back my $99 from the app and they refused.
