4.7 Teamup Calendar is a versatile scheduling tool that stands out for its unique features tailored for teams and groups. Here are some of the core highlights that make it a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their scheduling process:
My journey with Teamup Calendar began when I was juggling multiple responsibilities at work and home. As a project manager, I needed a reliable way to coordinate meetings with my team while also keeping track of my family’s activities. I started using Teamup to create a shared calendar for my project team, allowing everyone to see when meetings were scheduled and what deadlines were approaching. This transparency significantly improved our communication and collaboration.
Additionally, I set up a separate calendar for my family, where we could all add events like school functions, doctor appointments, and family outings. This dual-use of the app has made it easier for us to stay connected and avoid scheduling conflicts, which was a common issue before.
The user interface of Teamup Calendar is intuitive and user-friendly. Upon opening the app, I was greeted with a clean layout that made navigation a breeze. The dashboard provides a clear overview of upcoming events, and the color-coded system allows me to quickly identify different types of appointments. Adding new events is straightforward; I simply click on the desired date and fill in the details, which takes mere seconds.
Performance-wise, the app runs smoothly without any noticeable lag, even when I have multiple calendars open. I appreciate the seamless synchronization between my mobile device and desktop, ensuring that I always have the latest updates at my fingertips. Overall, my experience with Teamup has been overwhelmingly positive, as it has significantly reduced the chaos of managing my schedule.
Teamup Calendar offers a free version that is quite robust, allowing users to access many of its core features. However, for those who need advanced functionalities, such as additional calendars or enhanced customization options, there are paid plans available. The pricing is competitive, making it a worthwhile investment for teams and families looking to improve their scheduling efficiency.
The Teamup team is proactive in providing updates and enhancements to the app. I’ve noticed regular improvements, including new features and bug fixes, which shows their commitment to user satisfaction. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and helpful. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, I received prompt replies, making me feel valued as a user.
As an American user, security and privacy are paramount when choosing an app like Teamup Calendar. The app is available on both the App Store and Google Play, which adds a layer of credibility. During the registration process, I was required to provide minimal personal data, which I appreciated as it respects user privacy.
Teamup does not bombard users with ads, and I have not noticed any intrusive tracking behavior while using the app. This is a significant plus for me, as I prefer applications that prioritize user privacy. Overall, I feel secure using Teamup Calendar, knowing that my data is handled responsibly and that I have control over who can access my information.

Teamup is an absolutely dreadful app. It runs poorly on Android. If you try posting pictures, it will forget what job you selected, which forces you to go back into a job, take more photos, and then the app forgets once again. It's annoying and leads to tons of wasted time. Even worse, is you can only snap one photo at a time, where Company Cam allows you to take a bunch of photos at once and post them together. Whomever is supposed to fixing this app needs to start fixing it.

Teamup has been a great scheduling tool for my small business. Being able to choose a color for each team member is an excellent feature to quickly see who is available when. It's also pretty to look at and incredibly simple to use. The only thing I wish it had is alerts or notifications about upcoming meetings, events, etc. on the calendar. But with so many other "noises" from other apps, it's also kind of refreshing to NOT have another thing signal for my attention. I highly recommend Teamup

If I could give this 10*, I would! I have been searching for a calendar for a year now that can handle all appointments, my 3 jobs and my outside activities. I came across TeamUp Calendar by accident and absolutely love it! I can attach files so that I can refer to them when I am on the road, I can change dates times, etc easily withoug having to rewrite the whole appointment. I am absolutely thrilled with this. Thank you for a great product! You don't happen to have an address book do you?

I have found the perfect app. I actually use this mostly on desktop and it has been the one application that keeps me the most organized. It's s combination of the simple calendar layout + the surprising amount of simple yet useful functionality (adding images, color coding, being able to easily copy or drag and drop, right clicking to bring up more options). I know what's coming up. I can make notes. I love it. And I will never stop using it. Calendars, people. Calendars are the secret! 😂

Way too complicated for what I need. Just wanted a simple shared calendar app. It looks like you can only really share and make changes in the web version, but if you click on stuff it takes you to the app. Weird. Anyhow it seems way too complicated. Had to delete the app to access the web page from my phone to be able to share the created calendar. Kinda wack.
